නිශ්චිත කාල පරිච්ඡේදයක් සඳහා රජය මගින් ආයෝජනය කළ හැකි සම්පත් ප්‍රමාණය තක්සේරු කිරීම සඳහා  සහ එම සම්පත් විවිධ අංශ, උප අංශ සහ රජයේ ආයතන අතර කුමන ආකාරයෙන් වෙන් කරන්නේද යන්න දක්වමින් මධ්‍යකාලීන දැක්මකින් යුතුව රාජ්‍ය ආයෝජන වැසටහන පිළියෙල කර ඇත. 2017-2020 කාල පරිච්ඡේදය සඳහා සිංහල, දෙමළ හා ඉංග්‍රීසි භාෂාවලින් නවතම රාජ්‍ය ආයෝජන වැසටහන පිළියෙල කර ඇත.
